Cancel any time, in two clicks, from the billing portal. Nothing is charged during the 30-day trial. If you are charged for a month you did not intend to use, email us within 14 days and we will refund it.
Open the billing portal from your account and choose to cancel. Cancellation is immediate and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep access until then, and you are not billed again.
There is no minimum term, no notice period, and no cancellation fee. You do not need to contact us to cancel, though you are welcome to.
If you are charged and decide the service is not for you, email billing@elch.live within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason.
If you forgot to cancel and were billed for a month you did not use, tell us within 14 days and we will refund it.
If elch is materially broken or unavailable for a significant part of a billing period, contact us and we will refund or credit that period.
These limits do not affect statutory rights you have under the consumer law of your own country, which always take precedence.
A refund is not available on the basis that a production was rejected by a recipient, that a defect was not detected, or that output was not accepted by a destination platform. elch reports findings under its documented rules; it does not certify a delivery, and human quality control and a destination precheck remain necessary. This is stated plainly in the terms before you subscribe.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Any tax charged is refunded with the payment.
If we change the price, we will give at least 30 days' notice before it affects your renewals. You can cancel before the new price applies.
